Kevin Carter is the photographer behind this photo
This photograph clearly shows what is going on in parts of the word. Between the starving child and the vulture watching you can see the suffering affecting these people. Kevin Carter bases his work on showing the world these tragic events that happen everyday. Some do not like Carter because they say he does not help the people instead he merely takes pictures of them. I believe these photos show much more and convince more people to help, this makes the situation much better then just one man helping.
