Inside Out : The People's Art Project

JR is the man behind Inside Out and started his work in the streets of France.

He has planned this project to last only one year although now it is in its second year.

JR has pasted pictures around the world in multiple places, even The North Pole.



JR considers himself as a photograffeur because he uses pictures in his graffiti.

Nicholas Samaras
              Nicholas Samaras is different from other photographers of today because he specializes in underwater photography.He captures the beauty of life underwater with marine animals as well as people swimming and diving.  His career began in 2006 in an international underwater photography competition. Winning this competition proved his talent in this style of photography. In 2008 Nicholas presented his work in an exhibition titled "Soulfly". Many of his work has been seen in famous magazines such as National Geographic.

Joe McNally
          Joe McNally was born in 1952 and was involved with National Geographic since 1987 and Life Magazine from 1994 1998. The most famous of his work is "Faces of Ground Zero" which is a series of portraits of heroes from September 11th. The 246 photos in this series were presented in seven cities and seen by almost a million people. It was also raised approximately 2 million dollars for 9/11 relief efforts. Another story he published on National Geographic was "The Future of Flying " which celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Wright Brothers flight.

Jerry Uelsman
          Jerry Uelsman is a master of creating an image made from multiple photographs. What makes him an amazing photographer is that his techniques are similar to using Phiotoshop but he made his work way before Photoshop was created. Using multiple negatives he is able to create a final photograph of, for example one of his pieces of work is a boat floating over a lake. In the time when he made his work a photograph was considered undeniable so when people saw an unbelievable photograph there were always amazed. His photographs were seen in a number of museums like The Museum of Modern Art in New York and The Victoria and Albert Museum in London

2 To be able to do this Illustrator uses vectors instead of pixels to keep the quality of the image the same

Fashion Photography tips


1 Have confidence and a sense of direction conveyed in your photograph

2 Make sure the clothes accentuate the mood of the model that your aiming for

3 Posing the model in an angled pose is often successfull 

4 The lighting in the photo can change the entire effect of it 

5 A mirror is the most effective of all the props you could use with a model.








6 Location, location, location 

7 Explore different angles to get the best effect in your photo.

8 Chose the right models for the best results.

9 Make sure the model is in harmony with what is around them.
